Delivery is designed to feel like part of the storefront, not a disconnected add-on. Your selected store, live stock, and location all shape the final delivery options you see at checkout.

Not every order will qualify for delivery. If the selected store cannot fulfill the route, the system may limit you to collection or ask you to choose a different location.

Use your current location to find the closest 1UP Health & Wellness store. If you are within the active delivery radius, we will assign that store for your shopping route. If you are out of range of all stores, we will point you to WhatsApp support for manual help.

At checkout we confirm the selected store, delivery radius, stock availability, and whether the order meets the minimum threshold.

Store prepares the order

Once accepted, the store processes your order and gets it ready for dispatch using available stock from that location.

Dispatch and support

You receive updates, driver information where applicable, and can use support channels if anything needs attention.

Before you place a delivery order

  • Delivery depends on your selected store, your address, and live inventory at that location.
  • Orders outside the active delivery radius may still be available for collection instead of delivery.
  • Please make sure your phone number and delivery details are correct before placing the order.
  • ID or age-related checks may still be required when handing over an order.
